GMH | Property Management Hamburg GmbH is a partner for the management of municipal properties in Hamburg. GMH builds, renovates and manages school buildings in the south of Hamburg, develops and realises municipal buildings for the city of Hamburg. On behalf of the BWFGB (Authority for Science, Research, Equality and Districts), an inventory assessment of all university properties was carried out. The aim was to determine the most urgent maintenance needs and target condition for each object in order to ensure immediate further use. As a result, immediate measures were identified.
