Sweden – Construction work – Markentreprenadarbeten

Mullsjö Municipality, together with its wholly-owned company Mullsjö Energi och Miljö AB (the Contracting Authority), invites tenderers (Contractors) to submit tenders in accordance with this invitation to tender regarding civil engineering works. The procurement concerns framework agreements for the execution of civil engineering works on properties, public land and private land within Mullsjö Municipality. The works include design and execution of, for example, detailed planning, landscaping, new construction, renovation, and expansion, as well as emergency and urgent VA repairs. The framework agreement does not include new construction, renovation, and expansion works that are carried out as individual and separately procured projects. The framework agreement will be awarded to three (3) contractors with partial ranking and partial renewed competitive tendering. The total estimated value of the contracts, including any extension clauses, is 20,000,000 SEK. The value represents an estimated volume and is only indicative. No guaranteed volumes are provided. The total maximum volume of the contract is 40,000,000 SEK.
