Poland – Machinery for the treatment of sewage – „Modernizacja oczyszczalni ścieków w Białogardzie - Dostawa i montaż fabrycznie nowych, kompletnych urządzeń krat zgrzebłowych (2 szt.), prasopłuczki skratek (1 szt.), przenośnika ślimakowego do transportu skratek (1 szt.), przeznaczonych na potrzeby oczyszczalni ścieków w Białogardzie”

The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of new, complete equipment in the building with rare screens with an emergency pump: screen conveyors (2 units), screen press (1 unit), screw conveyor for transporting screens (1 unit), intended for the needs of the sewage treatment plant in Białogard (ul. Szpitalna 26, 78-200 Białogard) including the commissioning of the equipment and training of the staff in the operation of the supplied equipment. The subject of the contract specifically includes: 1) Demolition of currently installed equipment in the building with rare screens with an emergency pump, i.e. screen conveyors (2 units), screen press (1 unit), screw conveyor for transporting screens (1 unit) at the sewage treatment plant, along with their accessories (including control cabinets). The Contractor (the Contracting Authority allows cutting the screen) will place the dismantled equipment in the place indicated by the Contracting Authority on the site of the sewage treatment plant in Białogard (ul. Szpitalna 26, 78-200 Białogard). 2) Supply, unloading and installation of new complete equipment for mechanical sewage treatment at the sewage treatment plant in Białogard: screen conveyors (2 units), screen press (1 unit), screw conveyor for transporting screens (1 unit), control system (1 set) on the stations remaining after the dismantling of the old equipment in the building with rare screens with an emergency pump. 3) Laying of new power and control cables from the control cabinet to the equipment along with electrical connection (screens, press and conveyor) and laying of cable tray to the installation site of the equipment. New power cables should be laid in new cable routes (trays) made of stainless steel, after the equipment the cabling should be led in plastic pipes. 4) Supplying washing water to the screen press. The current screen press has a water supply via a PE pipe with a diameter of 20mm. 5) Carrying out necessary accompanying works in the scope necessary for the correct installation and correct operation of the supplied equipment. 6) Modernisation of part of the Control and Measurement Equipment and Automation (hereinafter: AKPiA) system by integrating the supplied equipment into the control system. 7) Supply of a controller for technological equipment (screen conveyors, screen press, screw conveyor) adapted for communication with the existing SCADA system of the Contracting Authority via the Modbus TCP protocol, along with commissioning and configuration of Modbus TCP communication and transfer of complete communication documentation, including a Modbus register map containing all status, alarm, measurement signals and parameters available for reading and writing. 8) Adaptation of signals from the new screens according to the existing scheme in order to enable their integration into the existing control system. Use Modbus TCP communication along with the development and transfer of a list of registers. 9) Commissioning of the equipment. Checking and acceptance of the installation and equipment in real working conditions by the Contracting Authority. 10) Conducting stationary training in the operation of the equipment at the delivery site for 10 employees of the Contracting Authority in the scope of: bhp, operation and maintenance, maintenance of the supplied equipment and ensuring the issuance of personal certificates for the trained operators authorising the performance of operation, maintenance and maintenance of the subject of the contract; 11) Delivery of acceptance documents. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the Description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter, as OPZ) being Annex No. 2 to SWZ.
