Description

The following construction project involves the design of the Tappenbeck Sports Park in Tappenbeck. The new Tappenbeck Sports and Community Park consists of various building sections, which, under a large roof, will provide a common home for athletes, events and the village community. The three building sections comprise, on the ground floor, a large shooting range, an area or clubhouse for the sports club and an event area in the form of a community centre. The clubhouse and community centre building sections are planned as solid timber construction with a reinforced concrete base. The clubhouse is single-storey and the community centre is double-storey with a gastronomy unit on the upper floor. The Kyffhäuser building (shooting range) will be constructed as a composite building in masonry and reinforced concrete and will also be single-storey. The foundations of the community centre, gastronomy unit and both clubhouses are planned with a load-bearing base slab with frost collar and strip foundations. The main part of the facades will be planned with a ventilated timber facade, and parts of the facade will be clad with fibre cement panels. The covered multifunctional playing field is an open-air hall with a small playing field. The playing field is to be made usable all year round and independently of the weather. LED lighting is planned for the evening hours. The small playing field is presumably equipped with a barrier system with ball catcher nets and integrated goals. The building plot is located within the "Sportzentrum" development plan 2nd Amendment and Extension of 02.07.2024.
