Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open House Biologika Rabattverträge 2026-21 - Golimumab

The TK aims to conclude discount contracts in accordance with § 130a (8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Golimumab. The contract will be concluded within the framework of the TK's Open-House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract contents will not be conducted, uniform conditions will apply. The TK does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract period is a maximum of 12 months, commencing on 01.08.2026. The contract will end at the latest on 31.07.2027, regardless of the date of the contract conclusion. The contract can be extended by 12 months.
