Germany – Street-lighting maintenance services – Betrieb der öffentlichen Beleuchtung der Stadt Gladbeck für die Jahre 2027 bis 2041

The subject of this tender is the operation of public lighting in the city of Gladbeck. The city of Gladbeck intends to award a new contract for the operation of public lighting from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2041, following the expiry of the current lighting contract. The operator of the public lighting is responsible for the technical operation, maintenance and upkeep, energy efficiency measures, and the renewal, new construction and dismantling of the lighting systems. Therefore, the operator is not only obligated to perform tasks on an ad-hoc basis, but to ensure the overall success of the lighting. The transfer of ownership of the plant assets used for lighting is not the subject of this tender. The city of Gladbeck is and remains the owner of the lighting systems. However, it grants the successful bidder a non-remunerative right of use of the lighting systems for the purpose of executing the contract.
