Germany – Construction work – VWR43_Erweiterung Jugendmaßregelvollzug - Außenputz-/WDVS-Arbeiten

The Pfalzklinikum plans to expand the juvenile correctional facility in the southern area of the clinic grounds at 76889 Klingenmünster, Weinstraße 100. The subject of the current EU-wide tender is the specialist lot for external rendering/ETICS (facade) works. The expansion includes a 2-storey new build (with partial basement as a waterproof construction) including access area and sports hall. The building is designed as an in-situ concrete, precast (walls/ceilings) and masonry construction. A separate workshop for the occupational therapy area with a connection to the existing building 50 is also part of the expansion scope. The current tender relates to the specialist lot for external rendering/ETICS (thermal insulation composite system with topcoat and base insulation on the facades of building 49N and the workshop).
