Germany – Architectural services for buildings – Erweiterung und Modernisierung Härtenschule in Kusterdingen

The municipality of Kusterdingen plans to expand and modernise the Härtenschule. Initially, a new building for the full-day area (approx. 1,150 m²) is to be created. Subsequently, the existing structure will be renovated and modernised (approx. 1,400 m²). --> estimated costs (cost categories: 200-700, net): New building: 5.2 million €, Existing building: 3.3 million €. --> estimated dates: Start of planning: after completion of the procurement procedure, probably: September 2026. The project must be settled with the funding agency by 1 September 2029. --> As part of stage 2, solution proposals/working samples will be required. The following services are likely to be required (subject to change): 1. Representation of the outdoor area with access to the building, 2. Floor plans of the buildings with schematic representation of the various functional areas, 3. Characteristic views and possibly a system section. Each bidder will receive a compensation for the preparation.
