Poland – Repair and maintenance services of rolling stock – Świadczenie usługi polegającej na regeneracji resorów pneumatycznych do pojazdów serii 45WE.

1. The subject of the procurement is the provision of a service involving the regeneration of pneumatic springs for vehicles of the 45WE series, in accordance with the Maintenance System Documentation, Technical and Operational Documentation, as well as relevant Polish Standards and national and European Union legal provisions in force during the contract period. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the procurement, the requirements and the expectations of the Contracting Authority are given in the Subject of Procurement Description (OPZ – Part III of the SWZ) and in the Contract Template (WU – Part II of the SWZ), which are integral parts of the SWZ. 3. Acting under Article 139(1) of the Pzp, the Contracting Authority informs that it will apply the so-called "reverse procedure", i.e. - it will first carry out an examination and evaluation of the offers, and then it will qualify the tenderer, whose offer has been the highest rated, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 4. The procedure is conducted in Polish using electronic communication means, i.e. via the Procurement Platform (hereinafter: the Platform) available at https://kd.eb2b.com.pl. The use of the Procurement Platform is free of charge. All declarations, notifications, explanations and other documents in the subject procedure, as well as the contract, are drawn up in Polish. 5.
