The subject of the contract is: the provision of Medical services in the field of preventive medical examinations (periodic and control) of employees of the NCBR Group, pre-employment examinations of persons hired for work, issuing medical certificates of no health contraindications to work or of health contraindications to work at a specific job position, as well as a doctor's participation in the work of the BHP commission and comprehensive, specialist medical care for employees. The employer has an obligation towards the employee to provide him, at their own expense, with preventive health care, which includes three types of employee examinations: initial, periodic and control, as well as necessary preventive measures.

The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (SOPZ) is in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and is an integral part of it.
