The subject of the procurement is the selection of a contractor for the supply of spare parts and consumables and the provision of out-of-warranty maintenance services for 830 units of equipment at the Faculty of Dental Medicine (FDM), 219 units of equipment at the University Medical and Dental Centre (UMDC), 23 units of equipment (medical gas systems) for FDM and UMDC, 9 units of equipment (climate and ventilation systems) for FDM, 205 units of equipment for the Medical College (MC) and 26 units of equipment (for medical cosmetics) for MC, as described in the technical specification (Appendix No. 1, from No. 1.1 to No. 1.6 inclusive) from the documentation. The forecast quantity of the public procurement: supply of 646 units (number, meter, package), according to the attached technical specification (Appendix No. 1.7) and, if necessary, provision of services for 1,312 units of equipment/apparatus, according to the attached technical specification (Appendix No. 1, from No. 1.1 to No. 1.6 inclusive). The subject of the procurement includes the following activities: - supply of spare parts and consumables necessary for the normal functioning of the respective equipment/apparatus; - provision of out-of-warranty maintenance services at the place of operation of the respective equipment/apparatus, and if necessary, transportation to a service base of the manufacturer/authorized representative of the manufacturer of the respective equipment or component, and back, depending on the complexity of the damage and the requirements of the manufacturer. The scope of the provided out-of-warranty maintenance services includes: * services related to ensuring visits by qualified specialists of the manufacturer/authorized representative of the manufacturer to eliminate the fault(s) on the site of operation of the equipment/apparatus included in the technical specification, upon request from the Contracting Authority; * services related to the organization and provision of transport of the faulty equipment/apparatus or their components to a service base of the manufacturer/authorized representative of the manufacturer and back, if they cannot be repaired on the site of operation. In these cases, the service is provided after a prior approved offer from the Contractor for the organization and provision of transport to the service base and back, on the forecasted values and on the terms related to the performance of all activities and costs directly or indirectly related to the elimination of the fault(s) in the service base of the manufacturer/authorized representative of the manufacturer, including for packaging, unpacking, loading, unloading, transport costs, diagnosis, repair, new, original and non-recycled spare parts, consumables, adjustments, calibrations and tests, software update, travel expenses, money transfers, labour costs, insurances and all other relevant costs, which are not explicitly specified, but are necessary for the quality performance of the contract. After the execution of the service related to the organization and provision of activities for out-of-warranty maintenance for the elimination of the fault(s), the Contracting Authority pays a remuneration to the Contractor in the amount indicated in its price offer. The total forecasted value of the present public procurement is 76,690.00 euros without VAT, which includes: - forecasted value for spare parts and consumables, in the amount of 70,000.00 euros without VAT, of which for those included in the technical specification - 58,000.00 euros, respectively for those not included in the technical specification – 12,000.00 euros; - funds provided for the provision of out-of-warranty maintenance services in the amount of 6,690.00 euros without VAT. The indicated forecasted value represents the maximum allowable value of the contract for public procurement, with which the Contracting Authority limits itself, but does not oblige to spend it. The quantity and type of deliveries and/or services are determined by the Contracting Authority depending on its specific needs and financial security. The quantities indicated in Appendix No. 1.7 of the technical specification are forecasted and will serve for the evaluation of the offers. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the indicated volumes for spare parts and consumables included in the technical specification. In cases where the forecasted value for spare parts and consumables included in the technical specification is exhausted, but the provided funds for spare parts and consumables not included in the technical specification and/or for the provision of out-of-warranty maintenance services are not fully utilized, the Contracting Authority reserves the right within the term of the contract to claim spare parts and consumables included in the technical specification, which it pays from the provided but not utilized funds. Contract execution period: 12 months. Delivery period for requested spare part and/or consumable – up to 25 working days from receipt of a written request from the Contracting Authority. Period for ensuring a visit by qualified specialists of the manufacturer/authorized representative of the manufacturer at the site of operation of the equipment/apparatus included in the technical specification and performing an initial diagnosis, classification of the arisen problem – up to 2 working days from receipt of a written request from the Contracting Authority. Period for elimination of the problem by a service specialist on site - up to 3 working days from its diagnosis. If delivery of spare parts/consumables is required – the period starts from the date of their provision. Period for elimination of a fault in a service base of the manufacturer/authorized representative of the manufacturer – up to 50 working days, from receipt of a written request from the Contracting Authority. The indicated period includes the necessary time for transportation to a service base of the manufacturer/authorized representative of the manufacturer, and back.
