The ÖBB intend to carry out the general renovation and attic conversion of the former ÖBB General Directorate at Elisabethstrasse 9, 1010 Vienna. The entire building complex, consisting of 3 houses (Elisabethstr. 7, Elisabethstr. 9 and Operngasse 16), is to be converted into a modern office building and will be known as the "Bürogebäude Schillerhof" project. Approximately 17,000 m² of office/commercial space, approximately 800 m² of commercial space and approximately 2,000 m² of storage space are to be created. With the present procedure, the ÖBB are awarding the general planning services for the present project, building on the externally conducted feasibility study. The ÖBA services are not part of this procurement procedure.
