France – Repair and maintenance services of central heating – 2026-38EP EXPLOITATION ET MAINTENANCE DES INSTALLATIONS DE CHAUFFAGE, VENTILATION ET CLIMATISATION-.

This contract constitutes a single lot for the maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for the sites of the Ville d’Épernay, the C.C.A.S d’Épernay and the Communauté d’Agglomération Épernay, Coteaux et Plaines de Champagne, covering the Épernay and Blancs-Coteaux areas. It involves the operation, management, monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance, keeping in good working order and optimisation of the energy performance of the following installations:

• heating systems

• hot water (HWS) production and distribution systems

• water treatment systems

• ventilation and air treatment systems

• air conditioning and cold production systems

The services also include the implementation of energy optimisation measures aimed at improving the efficiency of the systems, reducing energy consumption, limiting associated emissions and ensuring the maintenance of the required comfort and service quality levels.

The services, which are the subject of this contract, are as follows:

P2 type services: Operation of the installation and minor maintenance work

P3 type services: Major Maintenance and Renewal (MMR) of equipment.
