France – Education and training services – Certification en langue anglaise pour les étudiants et personnels de l’Université de Rennes

This tender concerns the following services: English language certification for students and staff of the Université de Rennes, divided into two single-award framework agreements with separate purchase orders. ➢Lot No. 1: TOEIC; Lot No. 2: LINGUASKILL. The Université de Rennes regularly organises linguistic examination sessions for TOEIC (Listening and Reading; Speaking and Writing) and LINGUASKILL for all of its students and staff. Each component of the Université de Rennes may organise testing sessions according to the occurrence of their needs. The candidate will propose in their offer access to all tests and products from their catalogue, and the modalities for their implementation. The Service Commun d'Etude des Langues Vivantes Appliquées [SCELVA] of the Université de Rennes is responsible for managing the services that are the subject of this contract. Estimated and non-binding order volume: approximately 45,000 Euros H.T. in expenditure per year, corresponding to 1,200 tests ordered per year. Maximum order amount: 90,000 Euros H.T. per year and per lot. The aforementioned framework agreement will be concluded for a firm period of one year, renewable by tacit renewal three times for an additional one-year period, without the total duration exceeding four years. However, the representative of the awarding authority reserves the right not to renew this framework agreement by notifying the contractor by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, a maximum of two months before the contract anniversary date. The estimated start date is set for: OCTOBER 2026.
