The subject of the procurement is the provision of a cloud-based standard software (Software as a Service, SaaS) including introduction, configuration, operation and support for integrated target, measures and budget planning. The solution should enable continuous, digitally supported planning, control and reporting and, in doing so, integrate specialist and financial planning processes in one system. The service includes in particular the SaaS provision including hosting, implementation, training, maintenance as well as service and support services.
