THIC, Tierp and Heby municipalities' procurement centre and contracting authority establish a dynamic purchasing system. This means that interested entrepreneurs (E) apply to be part of the purchasing system. If E meet the qualification requirements, they will be part of the purchasing system. Requests for quotations will then be sent out per object, but also for annual deliveries in accordance with the paving plan etc. The call for tenders will be based on design documents and bill of quantities. The size of the objects can vary from small assignments to installations of larger areas. The assignments can include smaller and larger civil engineering and installation contracts. New installations and reconstruction of, for example, roads, foot/cycle paths, district heating/remote heating - sewerage, stormwater, parking, parks, playgrounds, bicycle parking, parking areas, bridle paths, nature areas and paving work as well as installation repairs of existing installations and stone paving. The scope of the call for tenders varies greatly and is specified per call for tenders.
