The subject of the contract is the production and delivery to the Buyer, as well as to the addresses indicated by the Buyer, of promotional materials covered by the subject of the contract (including the submission), as specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. The execution of the subject of the contract involves the comprehensive development and agreement with the Buyer of the graphic design project of the promotional materials (in particular their content and appearance) and their production based on the accepted graphic design project. The subject of the contract is divided into II (two) separate Parts. In the present procedure, the Buyer does not purchase the assortment. The purpose of this procedure is for the Buyer to conclude framework agreements with a maximum of 3 (three) Contractors FOR EACH PART OF THE CONTRACT, whose offer prices, calculated in accordance with the provisions of Section I point 19 of the SWZ, do not exceed the amount that the Buyer can allocate for the financing of the framework agreement and obtain positions from 1 to 3 in the criteria for evaluating offers, unless fewer Contractors submit offers that are not subject to rejection. The Buyer will proceed to the order procedure in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 2 to the Agreement.
