Czechia – Kitchen equipment – Navýšení kapacity MŠ Palackého v Jablonci nad Nisou – gastro vybavení

The subject of the public contract is the supply of catering equipment to the new building of the Palackého Primary School in Jablonec nad Nisou. The subject of the contract is precisely described in the project documentation:

a) Production, which includes:

• verification of dimensions in the rooms of the new building of the Primary School,

• cooperation with the building contractor STRABAG Pozemní a inženýrské stavitelství s.r.o., with regard to the construction readiness for connecting the supplied technological equipment to the installations,

• ensuring production or purchase,

• assembly,

• packaging to prevent damage during transport,

b) Delivery, which includes:

• loading,

• transport,

• correct placement of the supplied technological catering equipment in the Purchaser's facility,

c) Installation in the respective rooms in the new building of the primary school, which includes:

• possible fastening (anchoring) to the structure (walls, floors, etc.) including the necessary material for fastening,

• connection to electrical, water, sewerage, etc. – including the relevant material, inspections, tests, etc.,

• disposal of waste generated during installation (including disposal of packaging),

• implementation of measures to prevent damage to the facility (claddings, flooring, paintings, coatings, floor coverings, installed equipment, etc.), in case of damage everything must be repaired and restored to its original state,

• cleaning of the supplied technological equipment,

• complete cleaning of the spaces affected by the installations and other necessary related tasks.

d) Ensuring detailed training of the Purchaser in the operation of the Goods, familiarization with procedures and maintenance methods.
