The procurement concerns the execution of technical work (electrical and SRO) in connection with the establishment of connection plant 725 for Kredsløb Transmission A/S (hereinafter referred to as "Kredsløb"). By reference to the Utilities Directive, Article 65, it can be stated that the procured contract will not be divided into sub-contracts, as Kredsløb has assessed that, in view of the task's characteristics, as well as the economic, liability and execution-related aspects, it is most appropriately solved in one enterprise. The procured task is more detailedly described in the procurement material. No remuneration is provided for participation in this procurement.
