Brief description of the main positions ABR_VE_01 Demolition and hazardous substances House 1 (MR 14-18) Demolition of the attic and hazardous substance remediation in the occupied residential building. General construction site facilities will be provided by the client. Demolition works approx.: 20 m³ movable items, 183 m² elastic floor coverings, 538 m² ceramic floor coverings, 528 m² screed, 80 doors with frames, 42 m³ non-load-bearing masonry walls, 221 m² lightweight walls 166 m² wall coverings. Black areas with airlock and negative pressure technology. Dismantling and disposal approx.: 1,288 m² insulating materials, 560 m² bitumen-containing sealants, 540 m² PAH-contaminated mastic asphalt, 1,995 m² contaminated plasters, 1,610 m² external thermal insulation composite systems, 400 m pipe insulation. Release measurements, decontamination and fine cleaning on 1,660 m² remediation areas with proof of compliance and disposal. Quantity of hazardous waste approx. 180 t, dismantling materials approx. 100 t. The work will be carried out in 3 construction phases.
