Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – TNW_HLS_Zweckverband Grund- und Mittelschule Hebertshausen_Sanierung der Dreifachturnhalle

The Zweckverband Grund- und Mittelschule Hebertshausen plans to comprehensively renovate the 1981-built triple sports hall located at "Am Weinberg" in Hebertshausen. The aim is to bring the structural condition, energy efficiency, fire protection, accessibility, and technical building equipment up to current standards and to preserve the hall for long-term use in school and club sports. The basic services of phases 1-9 of the scope of services for technical equipment for plant groups 1, 2, 3, 8 according to § 55 Abs. 1 S. 2 HOAI 2021, Part 4, Section 2 will be awarded in stages. In addition, special services will be awarded. Note: Phase 4 (approval planning) will only be commissioned for those systems for which immediate approval is required under public law. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the scope of services accordingly.
