The subject of the procurement procedure is the award of general planning services for the expansion of the Open All-Day School (OGS) at the Catholic Primary School Arsbeck (LOS 1) and the Community Primary School "School am Beeckbach" in Beeck (LOS 2). The planning services include the structural implementation of the planned expansion measures based on the existing concept study, including the description of the measures. The aim is to create the necessary spatial capacities for the expansion of the Open All-Day School in accordance with future needs. The measures are based on the preliminary investigations and preliminary planning carried out by the City of Wegberg. The implementation has been decided by the responsible political bodies and serves to fulfill the legal entitlement to full-day care for primary school children. Both general planning contracts will be awarded in a procurement procedure, with the possibility of both a joint and a separate award through the lot-wise award.
