The health insurance funds (whether HEK and/or hkk participate in the respective lot is indicated by the designation of the respective lot) aim to conclude discount contracts pursuant to § 130a para. 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substances, active substance combinations, or dosage forms, strengths, or finished medicinal products specified in the respective lot. The medicinal products subject to the contract are, unless the contract provides otherwise, always all interchangeable finished medicinal products of the contractual partner according to the framework agreement on the supply of medicinal products pursuant to § 129 para. 2 SGB V. The contract is concluded within the framework of the open-house procedure: Individual negotiations on contract terms are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The health insurance funds do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contractual partners. The contract period is generally a maximum of 12 months, starting at the earliest on 01.05.2026 (any deviations in start times result from the information provided for the corresponding lot). The contract ends generally at the latest on 30.04.2027 (possible exceptions result from the information provided for the corresponding lot), regardless of the date of contract conclusion.
