The contracting authority intends to conclude a contract for the supply of equipment necessary for the investment objective "Modernization and energy rehabilitation of the Diana – Saturn, Constanța County Training and Work Capacity Recovery Centre". The estimated value of the procurement is 1,930,600.00 lei excluding VAT and 2,336,026.00 lei including VAT. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information, once, on the 5th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, provided that these requests have been submitted 9 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, as follows: – Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 9; – Deadline for the authority to respond to requests for clarification/additional information – the 5th day; In order to respect the principle of equal treatment, interested economic operators will comply with the provisions of ANAP notice no. 247 regarding the method of transmitting requests for clarification and additional information to the award documents/responses formulated in the event of the conduct of public procurement contract award procedures through electronic means (on-line), in the sense that the documents attached to the "Questions" section WILL NOT CONTAIN THE IDENTIFICATION DATA OF THESE, since these will become public at the time of transmission of the response by the contracting authority!
