Order type and scope

The present submission is a service contract. The following service or insurance shall be tendered:

• Construction site insurance with the following components:

• Contractors' liability insurance

• Construction all risks insurance

• Visitors' accident insurance

• Excess liability insurance for public liability and professional indemnity insurance

The construction project will be divided into 3 phases (4 sub-projects, 4 insurance policies). This will be further specified under the section "Place of performance".

Procedure type

The service contract will be tendered under the open procedure in accordance with GATT/WTO or Art. 18 IVöB 2019, IVöBG and IVöBV. The procedure is governed by the provisions of the Treaty.
