Estonia – Programming services of packaged software products – Tõlkevärava hooldus- ja kasutajatoe teenus (Eesti Keele Instituut)

The purpose of the public procurement is to conclude a framework agreement for the maintenance and user support services of the Tõlkevärava software, in accordance with the conditions specified in the public procurement documents. The estimated cost of the framework agreement for the period of the agreement is 1 000 000 € and the maximum possible total cost is 3 000 000 € excluding VAT, with a duration of up to 48 months (or until the maximum volume is reached) from the date of signing the agreement. As a result of the public procurement, a framework agreement will be concluded with one service provider. The ordering of the works, which are the subject of the agreement, will be carried out in accordance with the conditions specified in the base documents. The works ordered under the framework agreement will mainly cover: 1. software maintenance services on a monthly fee basis; 2. additional software development services on an hourly rate basis; 3. user support services on a monthly fee basis; 4. additional consultation services for partners and users on an hourly rate basis. The framework agreement does not oblige the purchaser to order works on a monthly fee basis or an hourly rate basis in the absence of budget, other resources, or need. / Exclusion grounds and qualification requirements: See the public procurement documents.
