The subject of the public procurement is a comprehensive information solution for managing documents and business processes in D.S.U., d.o.o. This involves the leasing and implementation of a modern and integrated information solution that will replace the existing outdated and fragmented information solutions, improve efficiency and support the digital transformation of D.S.U., d.o.o. The subject of the procurement includes: - planning, configuration and introduction of the information solution and the development or adaptation of the information solution to the client's requirements; - establishment of the new information solution, including testing; - supply of necessary hardware (if required depending on the chosen information solution); - migration of certain existing data and documents from various existing databases and information solutions; - integration of the new information solution with the client's existing information systems that are retained and with external portals; - training of end users and user manuals; - maintenance, upgrades and support of the information system throughout its entire lifecycle post-implementation (min. 5 years, with the possibility of extension, or indefinitely).
