Germany – Communication land-line rental – Betrieb Gigabit-Netz der Breitband Ostalb KAöR – LSP Böbingen und Obergröningen

Based on existing infrastructure, the municipalities plan to build a subsidised gigabit network using FTTB technology in the designated areas as per the Annex to the Task Description in the tender documents. This newly created passive gigabit network (FTTB) will be successively made available to a private network operator as operational sub-networks for use and creation of the active network level and the provision of high-speed broadband connections in return for payment.
