This framework agreement concerns the provision of document management, document coordination, and tracking of deliverables for works operations conducted by the Direction des Routes d'Île-de-France (DiRIF). As such, the contractor will provide, administer, operate, and maintain an electronic document management (GED) platform, ensure its configuration, functional administration, user support, and document tracking for operations, as well as all services necessary for the proper functioning of this platform.
