The contractor has no claim to be commissioned with an individual order, to a specific order volume or to a minimum order sum. The AMEV guidelines for the construction of public buildings, state guidelines for the construction of police stations in Baden-Württemberg must be observed. Only personnel who have been previously reliability checked and for whom no negative indications exist may be employed to carry out the services in the area.
