Finland – Construction work – Osallistumispyyntö Liminka-Oulu kaksoisraide, Oulunlahden ylikulkusilta

The contract is a comprehensive turnkey contract (KU) which includes a small portion of construction design (design of the railway electrification changes). The contract includes the renewal of the existing Oulunlahden overpass crossing the Seinäjoki-Oulu line. Additionally, the contract includes the improvement of mt 815 Lentokentäntie and mt 847 Limingantie as well as related streets and drainage structures, environment, lighting, traffic management and traffic lights construction. The contract also includes the design and implementation of the necessary railway electrification changes for the overpass. A more detailed description of the procurement content is in the tender documents. For the information of the candidates, the contracting authority will supplement the construction designs during the tender calculation period with, among others, the following plans: - Updates to the retaining wall designs on the routes passing under Oulunlahden overpass. Fintraffic Tie Oy and the City of Oulu act as contracting authorities in addition to the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency.
