The subject of the order is the supply of enteral nutrition preparations, parenteral nutrition products, and pharmaceutical products for SPWSZ in Szczecin. The contractor is obliged to execute the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract project, which is annex 4A/4B/4C to SWZ, and in the detailed description of the order subject, which is annex 1 to SWZ.
