The contracting authority is considering continuing the self-insurance for the WGA as of 1 January 2027. Whether the contracting authority will actually continue the self-insurance with a private insurance for the WGA depends on whether the self-insurance is a (financially) more attractive option than financing the WGA with the UWV or managing it in-house. Robidus will carry out the analysis to determine the above. As of the reference date 31-12-2025, the contracting authority had 2,421 employees. The WIA wage sum amounts to € 107,934,433. The actual scope of the contract is known after the final WGA insurance premium offer.
