The contract covers the supply, installation and configuration of both the system and the network. The complete cabling, including between the different rooms of the building and different equipment, must be handled. The solution must integrate all the necessary hardware and software components to ensure a smooth, efficient and scalable production environment. It must be fully hosted on the CNC site in Bois d’Arcy. The solution must adapt to the existing equipment and software (workstations, scanners, etc.), a description of the technical characteristics of which is provided in Annex 1. It is expected that the contractor will provide continuous maintenance and support for the system infrastructure and the post-production image storage network throughout the duration of the contract, including the replacement of any defective components. The solution must be simple and ergonomic to operate in order to be accessible to non-specialist staff. The CNC therefore expects the following services from the contract holder: - Supply of the equipment and software necessary for the operation of the solution (storage and active connection elements), the cost of the licenses for which must be included in the offer for the entire duration of the contract, - Connection- meshing (cables and cabling included) of the Solution to the existing equipment, - Installation and configuration of the equipment necessary for the operation of the Solution with the equipment already in place at the laboratory, - Data recovery, - Ensure: o the integrity of the stored data; o the expected performance levels; o preventive maintenance; o adaptive maintenance; o corrective maintenance.
