The subject of the contract is the following types of maintenance and repair of railway track vehicles, i.e. the obligation of the contractor to perform maintenance and repairs (hereinafter referred to as M&R) of railway track vehicles (hereinafter referred to as RTV) owned by the contracting authority and owned by other persons used by the contracting authority.
