The description of the subject of the procurement is included in the form "Required Parameters" (Annex 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter also referred to as the "FPW"), this form must be absolutely submitted together with the tender form (Annex 1 to the SWZ, hereinafter also referred to as the "FO").
