Germany – Maintenance and repair of office machinery – Print und Output Management (POM)

Subject of this tender is the conclusion of the framework service contract for the services required to operate the existing and, if necessary, replacement printing devices, continuation of warranty, maintenance and repair services and the supply of consumables to the document processing systems. Project, task and objective: • Service provision for maintenance and fault clearance of the document processing systems used by the EnBW under the terms of the contract within the agreed service level • secure and automated supply of consumables and wear materials to the document processing systems • provision, implementation, training and support of the supply chain management used • provision of WebJetAdmin as on-premises software or an alternative management software in the respective current version.
