The Rhein-Kreis-Neuss intends to renovate and energy-efficiently refurbish, as well as extend, the Michael-Ende-Schule in Neuss. A feasibility study is available for this purpose. The Rhein-Kreis-Neuss is looking for a suitable contractor to take over the associated project management services. It is intended to apply for funding under EnSanRR for the energy-efficient refurbishment of the existing building. This funding does not apply to new buildings.
