Poland – Public transport services by railways – Świadczenie usług publicznych w zakresie wojewódzkich kolejowych przewozów pasażerskich na terenie województwa warmińsko–mazurskiego

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of public transport services in the public passenger transport sector, specifically rail passenger transport in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. 2. The contract is awarded in accordance with the Act of 16 December 2010 on Public Transport (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 285), the Act of 11 September 2019 on Public Procurement (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), and Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2007. 3. The contract has been divided into three parts (lots).
