Bulgaria – Construction supervision services – „Упражняване на строителен надзор при изпълнение на СМР на обекти на територията на община Долна Митрополия по две обособени позиции“

The scope of the contract includes the following activities: Carrying out independent construction supervision during the execution of the following constructions: For Lot No. 1 of the object: “Construction of Cul-de-sac from O.T. 194 to O.T. 210, part of ul. "Vasil Drumev", Dolna Mitropoliya”; For Lot No. 2 of the object: “Repair of ul. "Vasil Levski" in Dolna Mitropoliya, from O.T. 291 to O.T. 310”. The scope of the contract includes activities for exercising construction supervision in accordance with Article 166, paragraph 1 of the Spatial Development Act (SDA), control over compliance with the requirements of Article 169, paragraphs 1 and 3 of the SDA during the execution of construction and installation works included in the scope of the contract. The scope of the Contractor's work includes the following main activities: Activity 1. Construction supervision during the execution of the object, until its acceptance and commissioning, in accordance with the requirements of the SDA and ensuring the application of Bulgarian regulatory requirements; Activity 2. Performing the function of Safety and Health Coordinator, in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety conditions at work during the execution of construction and installation works; Activity 3. Preparation of a final report in accordance with Article 168, paragraph 6 of the SDA after the completion of construction and installation works for the object. Activity 4. Preparation of a technical passport in accordance with Article 176a of the SDA and Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006 for the objects or for the corresponding part of them, if the transfer of parts of the construction contracts is carried out in stages.
