This procedure will result in a framework agreement with subsequent contracts. This framework agreement will set out some of the execution conditions and will be supplemented by one or more subsequent contracts. The amounts indicated in the framework agreement in section 2.1.3 are an estimate without any commitment on the part of the State. The framework agreement is not renewable. The maximum duration of the framework agreement is indicated in section 5.1.3. The main characteristics of the framework agreement are as follows: Multi-beneficiary framework agreement with subsequent contracts of a duration of 5 years.
