Belgium – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Bastogne - Salle Jean XXIII - Marché de services pour la désignation d'une équipe de projets

The present services contract concerns the appointment of a project team to study: - (1) The compliance and renovation of the "Salle Jean XXIII" in Bastogne in order to adapt the installations (electrical, heating, technical, etc.) according to current regulatory standards, based at least on the technical audit included in the annex to the present tender documents, - (2) "Opportunity works" which aim to renovate the hall and ancillary infrastructure to make them more comfortable, more suited to the demands of the organisers/producers/artists, more autonomous with respect to the school and with better controlled consumption costs, - (3) The improvement of the accessibility of the Hall and the School (INDSé) for parking users and emergency services. The project team will be composed of at least the following specialists and is the subject of a qualitative selection criterion: architect or civil engineer architect, engineer dedicated to stability studies, engineer with a focus on construction/electromechanical (commonly known as "special techniques engineer"), a level 2 prevention advisor and a stage and show engineer or technician. The tenderer is obliged to visit the sites in question in order to grasp all the particular conditions for the execution of the present contract. The visit dates are set as follows: - Wednesday 21 October 2026 at 13:30 - Tuesday 27 October 2026 at 13:30 - Thursday 29 October 2026 at 13:30 - Friday 6 November 2026 at 13:30 - Monday 9 November 2026 at 14:30.
