Germany – World wide web (www) site operation host services – Webhosting und fachliche Unterstützung (Expertisepool) für das „Qualitätssiegel Nachhaltiges Gebäude“ (QNG)

The contracting authority is PD Berater der Öffentlichen Hand GmbH. A client of the contracting authority founded the "Qualitätssiegel Nachhaltiges Gebäude" (QNG) in 2021, a flagship for sustainable building in Germany. The "Qualitätssiegel Nachhaltiges Gebäude" (QNG) aims to promote sustainable building in Germany and ensure a minimum quality for "sustainable buildings". It also aims to create a legally sound basis for the awarding of grants that enable funding in the construction sector in line with societal goals (sustainability goals). Since 2022, the contracting authority has supported the client in setting up and establishing a QNG office with all associated activities, such as a hotline, operation of a website and further development of the QNG requirements with the associated publications. To provide current information about the seal and the processes to be followed, the QNG website https://www.qng.info/ was developed and set up with an external service provider in 2022. The QNG website is a knowledge platform that processes ongoing developments and changes, provides users with basic processes, interfaces and assistance. The contract is awarded in two lots: - Lot 1: Hosting, further development and maintenance of the existing website - Lot 2: Expert support (expert pool) for the "Qualitätssiegel Nachhaltiges Gebäude" (QNG). The lot-specific tasks will be described in more detail below. Bids can be submitted for one or both lots.
