The subject is a framework agreement with a voucher volume of 3,000 prepaid vouchers with a call-off contingent. A voucher covers sequencing and data processing, as well as the provision of raw and processed data for each analysed bioprobe. Sequencing and data processing will be awarded jointly to one contractor, deviating from the principle of lot division. This is technically necessary: The acceptance of sequencing quality and the decision on the repetition or re-sequencing of individual samples are made solely on the basis of the QC feedback from the data processing provided immediately by the same contractor. A division between two contractors would create an additional contractual coordination and liability interface at this interface and delay the intended timely decision on repetition or re-sequencing.
