France – Exhibition, fair and congress organisation services – CONCESSION DE SERVICE PUBLIC POUR LA CONCEPTION, LA REALISATION ET L'EXPLOITATION DU PARC DES EXPOSITIONS ET DES CONGRES (PEC)

The procedure is conducted by a group of awarding authorities established under the provisions of Articles L. 3112-1 to L. 3112-4 of the Public Procurement Code to manage the award procedure for the concession contract for the design, construction and operation of the PEC. It is composed of the Métropole Nice Côte d'Azur (MNCA) - coordinator of the group - and the Société Publique Locale (SPL) Côte d'Azur Aménagement. The contract will entrust the concessionaire with the task of, at its own risk and peril, designing, constructing and operating the future Exhibition and Convention Park. The expectations and the project are more precisely described in the consultation regulations « candidature phase », downloadable from the buyer profile of the Métropole. The estimated value of the contract mentioned at 2.1.3 Value is calculated on the basis of the operating revenues (including the contributions paid by the Granting Authority) envisaged over a contractual period of 25 years.
