France – Flatbed and Tipper trucks – ACQUISITION DE SIX VEHICULES

This contract has been awarded through an open tender procedure, in accordance with articles R2124-2-1°, R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Code de la commande publique. This consultation concerns the acquisition of 6 new vehicles for the Direction Cadre de Vie of the city of Nîmes. In the context of this consultation, the Ville de Nîmes, acting as the contracting authority, is referred to hereinafter as "the public purchaser." The services are divided into separate lots: - Lot No. 1: Three "electric pick-up type" vehicles -- The services will be remunerated by application of a global and lump-sum price; - Lot No. 2: Three "light tipper dual-fuel" vehicles -- The services will be remunerated by application of a global and lump-sum price. The duration of the contract runs from the date of notification until the settlement of accounts.
