Switzerland – Cleaning and sanitation services in urban or rural areas, and related services – Reinigung von Parkanlagen und Sonderobjekten

The area of the city of Zürich is divided into three regions by Entsorgung + Recycling Zürich (ERZ) - Stadtreinigung: - South (Districts 1/2/7/8) - West (Districts 3/4/5/9) - North (Districts 6/10/11/12). The human resources of the Stadtreinigung are limited. For the basic or early cleaning of selected parks of district-wide importance, external specialists are to be procured for support. For the provision of the tendered service, 4 lots are formed based on the districts. The cleaning must be event-driven, i.e. the contractor must continuously align the work effort according to the degree of contamination, the season and the current weather situation. In particular, events as well as increased visitor frequencies, which can lead to a significantly increased volume of waste, must be taken into account. Similarly, with good weather or weather-related conditions, a significantly increased volume of waste must be expected, which is why the services must be adjusted accordingly. The company is obliged to inform itself about the weather and the events. There is a possibility that during the contract period the waste containers (furniture) may deviate due to changing needs during the contract period. The bidders can submit an offer for all lots. A maximum of two lots may be awarded per bidder. If the bidder offers two or more lots, the allocation of the lots will be at the discretion of the contracting entity. Overall offers or offers with combination discounts are not permitted. The lots comprise the following facilities: LOT 1 (Districts 11/12): Oerlikerpark, MFO-Park, Wahlenpark, Hürstwaldwiese and Grillplatz Ziegelhütte. LOT 2 (Districts 3/4/9): Fritschiwiese, Aussersihleranlage (Bäckeranlage), Zeughausareal/Kaserne, Kanzlei, Hardaupark, Bullingerpark, Quartierzentrum Bachwiesen, Vulkanplatz, Hasenrain, Kochareal LOT 3 (Districts 1/6/10): Platzspitz, Untere and Oberer Letten/Badi, Wipkingerpark, Werdinsel, Schindlergutpark LOT 4 (Districts 5): Klingenpark, Josefwiese, Pfingstweidpark, Negrellisteg, Turbinenplatz
