The subject of the contract is the award of framework agreements for the inventory and cleaning of the inspection chambers of Sibelga's fibre-optic network. By inventory, we mean the systematic mapping and documentation of all relevant data, such as the precise location, physical characteristics, internal structure and technical condition of the inspection chambers, as well as the cable infrastructure present, such as ducts, cables and sub-ducts. Environmental factors that may impact management, maintenance or future works are also taken into account. The purpose of the contract is to conclude a cascade framework agreement with the 2 top-ranked Tenderers according to the award criteria. Only the Tenderer ranked first according to the award criteria will be considered the 'active' Awarded Contractor. The other Tenderer (ranked second) will be considered the 'standby' Awarded Contractor. Their contract can only be activated in the event of a failure by the active Awarded Contractor.
