Germany – Electrical fitting work – VG Maifeld - Energetische Sanierung Grundschule Ochtendung: Gebäudeautomation

The construction project involves the energy-efficient renovation of the entire school building of the Grundschule St. Martin in Ochtendung. The construction site is located at Raiffeisenplatz 5, 56299 Ochtendung. The building complex is divided into three parts. The left part of the building houses the primary school including administration. The building has a basement and four above-ground floors; the 3rd floor will be newly constructed using timber frame construction. The middle section is a single-story connecting body and serves as a new entrance area (foyer/covered break hall). This area is also basement. The right building section is not basement and extends to the 1st floor. The ground floor houses a kindergarten; the upper floor is used by the full-day school. The project is funded by EFRE (European Regional Development Fund).
