Belgium – Miscellaneous business and business-related services – Concession de services relative à l’exploitation du Bookshop du Palais des Beaux-Arts et aux services qui s’y rapportent

The present concession concerns the operation of the leased premises for a bookshop service and related services, including the production and sale of merchandise items and the sale of catalogues and other related products. The Granting Authority:

- provides the Concessionaire with the use of the premises located on the ground floor (151.20 m2), situated in the Palais des Beaux-Arts, at 1000 Brussels, rue Ravenstein 23, for the following purposes (estimated areas before fitting out):

o The operation of a Bookshop linked to the exhibition circuits of the PBA;

o The production, sale and promotion of books, catalogues and merchandise items directly related to the offer, programming and events of the Bozar. The Granting Authority also provides the Concessionaire with the space known as the "terrace" in the Hall Horta (26.9 m2) for the display of its merchandise during the Bookshop's opening hours. The implementation plan for the activities is set out in Annex D to this tender specification; and

- grants the exclusivity referred to in point II.21.5.
